Background
I am immensely grateful for the stonemasonry education I have received, from Moulton College to the Traditional Building Skills Bursary scheme and the National Trust. I have been fortunate enough to learn from, and work alongside, many skilled stonemasons. In my career, I have carved stone for civic, ecclesiastical and private residences including Audley End House, Ely Cathedral and a former residence of Pablo Picasso.
I work directly with clients from the onset to ensure that bespoke originality is employed throughout the process, from conception to completion. I use only high-quality raw materials that are subject to a thorough evaluation of quality and condition. My work can offer the promise of enduring and beautiful craftsmanship that is realised with true individuality and permanence. I invest something of my own identity in my work that is more in keeping with centuries-old traditions of stonemasonry than the replication of individuality realised through production and technology.
